Terms and Conditions — BetPro Live Pakistan Platform Rules

1. Introduction

Welcome to BetPro Live. By accessing or using any part of the BetPro Live platform — including the website, mobile app, sports betting section, casino games, slot games and VIP programme — you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to these Terms and Conditions in full.

These Terms form a binding agreement between you (the player) and BetPro Live. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not register an account or use the platform in any way.

BetPro Live reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. When changes are made, the updated version will be published on this page with a revised date. 2. Eligibility

3. Account Registration

To access betting, casino games and other platform features, you must register a BetPro Live account. During registration you will be required to provide accurate personal information including your name, date of birth and contact details. You are responsible for ensuring this information is correct and kept up to date.

• Each player may hold only one account. Creating multiple accounts — whether using the same or different details — is a violation of these Terms and may result in permanent suspension of all accounts and forfeiture of any associated balances.
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account login credentials. Do not share your password with anyone.
• If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, you must contact BetPro Live support immediately.
• BetPro Live is not liable for losses resulting from your failure to keep your login details secure.
• Account names cannot be changed once registered without going through a formal verification process with support.

BetPro Live may request additional verification documents at any stage to comply with its internal identity and fraud prevention procedures. This may include a government-issued ID, proof of address or confirmation of payment method ownership. Accounts may be restricted from withdrawals until verification is complete.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

BetPro Live processes all transactions in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The following payment methods are supported for deposits and withdrawals: JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, bank transfer, debit/credit cards and mobile wallets. Availability of specific methods may vary and is subject to change.

• Minimum deposit and withdrawal amounts apply and are displayed in the payment section of your account at the time of transaction.
• All deposits must be made from payment accounts registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted and may result in account suspension.
• Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit where possible, as part of our fraud prevention procedures.
• Withdrawal processing times depend on the method selected. JazzCash and Easypaisa withdrawals are typically processed quickly; bank transfers may take longer depending on your financial institution.
• BetPro Live does not charge fees for standard deposits and withdrawals, but your payment provider may apply their own charges. Check with your provider before transacting.
• Withdrawals may be delayed if verification requirements have not been completed or if an account review is in progress.

5. Betting Rules

The following rules apply to all sports betting activity on BetPro Live, including cricket, PSL, football, esports and all other sports available in the betting section.

• All bets are placed at the odds displayed at the time of confirmation. Once a bet is confirmed it cannot be cancelled or amended except where explicitly permitted by the platform (e.g., cash out where available).
• Minimum and maximum stake limits apply to all markets. These are displayed in the betting interface before you confirm your bet.
• BetPro Live reserves the right to void any bet placed on markets that were offered in error, including odds that were clearly incorrect due to a technical fault.
• Live betting markets may be suspended at any time during an event. Bets placed before a suspension are valid; bets cannot be placed while a market is suspended.
• If a match or event is abandoned before a result is determined, bets will be settled according to the specific market settlement rules, which are displayed in the market information panel. Most match winner bets are voided and stakes returned in the event of abandonment before a result is possible.
• Accumulator bets require all selections to win for the bet to pay out. A single voided selection in an accumulator will reduce the number of legs; a losing selection means the entire accumulator is lost.
• BetPro Live reserves the right to limit or restrict the betting activity of any account where unusual patterns, potential abuse or breach of these Terms is identified.

6. Casino & Slots

BetPro Live's casino section includes slot games, live dealer tables (baccarat, roulette, blackjack) and other casino-style games available in the game lobby. The following rules apply to casino play.

• All casino games use certified random number generator (RNG) systems or, in the case of live dealer games, real-time dealing by professional dealers. Game outcomes are not influenced by BetPro Live.
• Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to each game and are displayed before play begins. These limits may differ between standard and VIP account holders.
• Technical malfunctions void all casino game play and any associated payouts for that round. In the event of a disconnection mid-round, the result of the game round will be stored and will be visible upon reconnection.
• BetPro Live is not responsible for losses resulting from a player's technical issues, including poor internet connections or device failures, during live betting or casino game sessions.
• Bonus funds may carry wagering requirements before they can be converted to withdrawable cash. Full bonus terms are outlined in Section 7.

7. Bonuses & Promotions

BetPro Live offers bonuses and promotions to both new and existing players from time to time. All bonus offers are subject to the following general conditions, plus any specific terms communicated at the time the bonus is offered.

• Bonuses are credited to your account as bonus funds and may not be immediately withdrawable. Wagering requirements must be met before bonus funds or winnings derived from bonus funds can be withdrawn.
• Wagering requirements, eligible games and time limits for each bonus are stated in the specific promotion terms. Where no specific terms are stated, standard wagering requirements of 30x the bonus amount apply.
• Only one bonus can be active at a time per account unless a promotion explicitly states otherwise.
• Bonuses are issued for personal use only. Attempting to benefit from a bonus through collusion, abuse of multiple accounts or any other dishonest method will result in the bonus being voided and the account reviewed.
• BetPro Live reserves the right to modify, suspend or discontinue any promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Bonus offers may be targeted to specific player segments and are not universally available to all accounts at all times.

8. VIP Programme

The BetPro Live VIP programme rewards loyal players with tier-based benefits including enhanced odds, priority withdrawal processing and exclusive promotions. Participation in the VIP programme is subject to the following conditions.

• VIP tiers are assigned based on cumulative activity on the platform including sports betting volume and casino play. Tier criteria are reviewed periodically and are subject to change.
• VIP benefits are personal to the account holder and cannot be transferred to another player or account.
• BetPro Live reserves the right to reassign or remove VIP status if account activity falls below the threshold required to maintain the relevant tier, or if any breach of these Terms is identified.

9. Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on BetPro Live. Engaging in any of the below may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances and reporting to relevant authorities where applicable.

• Using automated software, bots, scripts or any other tool to place bets or interact with the platform in a way not intended for human use.
• Attempting to exploit technical errors, software bugs or pricing mistakes to gain an unfair advantage.
• Registering or operating more than one account, whether in your own name or using another person's details.
• Using another person's payment method without their explicit consent.
• Engaging in match fixing, insider betting or any form of corrupt betting activity.
• Using funds on the platform that are derived from illegal activity, including money laundering.
• Harassing, threatening or abusing BetPro Live staff or other platform users through any channel.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate outcomes in casino games, particularly live dealer games.

10. Privacy & Data

BetPro Live collects and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy. By registering an account, you consent to the collection, storage and use of your personal information as described in that policy.

• Your personal data is used to operate your account, process transactions, verify your identity and comply with internal fraud prevention procedures.

11. Responsible Gaming

12. Termination of Account

• You may request account closure at any time by contacting BetPro Live support. Before closure, any pending bets will be settled according to their normal terms and any withdrawable balance will be paid out to your registered payment method.
• BetPro Live may suspend or permanently close an account if a breach of these Terms is identified, including but not limited to fraud, bonus abuse, prohibited conduct or failure to complete identity verification.
• In the event of account closure due to a Terms breach, BetPro Live reserves the right to withhold any bonus balances and, in cases of fraud or prohibited conduct, any and all funds in the account pending investigation.
• Accounts that have been inactive for an extended period may be subject to dormancy procedures. You will be notified before any dormancy action is taken and given the opportunity to reactivate your account.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, BetPro Live's liability to you in connection with your use of the platform is limited as follows.

• BetPro Live is not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential or punitive losses arising from your use of the platform, including loss of profits or loss of data.
• BetPro Live is not responsible for any service interruption, technical fault or downtime that prevents you from placing bets or accessing your account. We aim to maintain platform availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service at all times.
